Delete your CBMC One account

Request deletion of your CBMC One account and associated personal data, including profile information, schedule and notification preferences, device registrations, and Prayer Wall contributions. CBMC coordinates deletion with AnyRegistration and app service providers. Records required by law, such as transaction records, may be retained; support will explain any applicable exceptions. This request does not automatically cancel or refund a conference ticket.

CBMC support will complete verified deletion requests within 30 days and email you when deletion is complete.

You can submit a request here even if you have uninstalled the app. CBMC will verify ownership of the email address before acting on a website request.
